Ruby Red Glassware

On the market of glassware there are so many different varieties to choose from it becomes hard to choose which kind you want to purchase. From my experience the people who have the easiest time with this are those who are collectors. I personally am a collector of ruby red glassware. I think that by far this color is far superior to the rest, but that is just my opinion. Many other people like different kinds because again we all have different tastes.

Being a collector means that I am infatuated with a certain product and go out of my way to acquire as much of that product as possible. When purchasing new glasses I try to find ones that I do not already have in my collection because after some time I begin to get tired of looking and using the same ones over and over.

I think that my love for ruby red glassware all started when I was a young boy because I have always really liked the color red. I have memories of being in school and when we were at lunch I would always trade the other students for their food as long as it was this color. For example if I was drinking orange juice and my friend had fruit punch I would want to trade for the fruit punch just because of the fact that it was the color red.

In the glassware industry it is not hard to find ruby red glassware because it is becoming more and more popular. At every convention I attend I am lucky enough to find a new piece to add to my collection. A lot of times other collectors are surprised that I just collect this particular style of the product, but it does not bother me. As long as I am happy with what I am collecting I do not mind what other people say or think.
